Bikes, Bikes, and More Bikes
Many people in England use bikes because the roads, laid hundreds and hundreds of years ago, were made to accomodate horse and carriage and are thin and traffic is thick. Everywhere you look, bikes line the streets, some of which appear to have been lying there for many years! No kidding, these people are brave. I'd watch in wonder as travelers squeezed into tight spots between cars and trucks and winced a few times watching all the close calls!
