We loved our afternoon visit to Oxford. After lunch at the University Church Cafe, we walked around getting some awesome photography. Of course, the English weather was against us this day and it stayed cloudy and threatened to rain. Oxford is a college town similar to Cambridge. They are known rivals. We'll have to go back with more time and tour some of the colleges, but what we saw was just beautiful!

King's College, Cambridge
The University of Cambridge is comprised of many smaller colleges, King's College being one of the most well-known is an emblem of Cambridge. The college was founded in 1441 by King Henry VI. It took about 100 years to complete the building of the chapel, one of the most famous in the world.
The campus is majestic and one of my favorites to walk through. It sits along the River Cam and has beautiful views up and down the river.
