Side Trip to Bryce

Can't believe it's almost Christmas!  With all the holiday activity, I've been a little behind finishing up our trip photos from October.

We spent 5 days in Zion National Park, but while there, we took a daytrip to Bryce Canyon.  It was a beautiful day...perfect weather for our little excursion.  My in-laws were with us and seeing the canyon for the first time, they were amazed.

Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon is one of the most breathtaking places to visit.  You literally drive to the canyon and you can't see a thing until you walk up to the edge and this is what spreads out before you.  The spires coming up out of the ground are called Hoodoos.  We hiked down in them, but it started to rain and it was freezing so we headed back up.  We had an early cold front come in while we were there, lots of low hanging clouds, made for some interesting shots.

Stratford-Upon-Avon, England

I finally made it to Stafford-upon-Avon! All of the photos taken on iPhone 16 Pro Max as my Nikon battery died after our visit to the butter...
